Simple effective operation
I am very impressed with the performance of this back and neck massager with heat. I really like the innovative design that allows you to use this on your upper back and neck or lower back area. It even works well on other areas of your body. It is small but really gets the job done. It relaxes the tight knots that I get and really helps to ease any pain I am experiencing. It does not take up a lot of space, which is great because my space is limited where I live. It operates simply with 2 buttons. You can choose to use it with or without heat. This is perfect because I do not like to use heat in the warmer months, but it is very soothing in cold months. You can change the direction and the massager balls and use it either clockwise or counterclockwise. There are 3 different settings for speed, low, medium and high. It has a very long cord which makes it convenient to use. Its compact size is great for me to take when I travel. It is well constructed, and I feel that this unit will last me a good long while, making it a terrific value.

This feels Absolutely Amazing!! I bought this for my mom as we will be traveling this summer and we have already used it for one entire trip. I especially LOVE that it comes with 2 plugs. One for the car and one that you can plug into the wall. Driving and traveling long ours this especially helped my mom during the car ride to feel more relaxed. 10/10 in my book. Feels great and so versatile in where it can be used. ππ
