This is a lovely item, great to have, great to give as a gift!
I ordered this about 3 months ago, put it in the cabinet and forgot about it. We have one that is filled with some kind of grain that I cannot stand the smell of. I remembered I purchase this and got it out tonight. All I can say is this thing is lovely! The fabric of the wrap is very pretty and nice, the silky ribbon handles are a nice touch, the scent is fantastic, and the fact that is is extra long means I can use it on my neck while using on my face at the same time. I just came here to order another one so I have a gift on hand. I have had many of these over the years but this is the nicest one I have purchased. if you burnt yours in the microwave, you need to look at your microwave wattage. If it is high do it for less time.

Feels like a hug
This is a great product. I bought one on a risk because the price seemed steep. I love it. So much I convinced my husband to try it. He liked it enough that he wanted his own and one as a present for a friend. Then..... I decided to get one for my Mom for her birthday. It’s a good smell. I love lavender. Not for people allergic for that family of plants (sages or lavender). Good weight. Stays warm for a long time. Just feels like a hug and it makes me feel relaxed after a long day. My husband tucks it under his sweater when he watches his shows in the basement (it’s cold down there). Summary: I was concerned of price but I’ve bought four in about a month.

I injured my back and I prefer the microwavable heating pads instead of electric. This product is beautifully made. Rich purple satin, with gray loops on end. Very full but still can bend in half. Has great lavender scent. I also enjoyed the backstory to this company. I didn't know it at the time of purchase, but it made me feel better that I selected this company. The one thing I wish it had to came with - is a tie or additional ribbon to help hold it in place since I was wrapping around my back. I was able to use something I had on hand, but would have been great to have something included.

Good length, mild pleasant smell
My mom loved it. Her old microwavable neck wrap was falling apart and she needed a new one. First we tried one with cherry pits that was ok but not long enough for wrapping around her neck. But she said this one was a perfect length. She was worried the lavender smell might too strong but says it is a nice mild smell.
