Fantastic retro gift
I purchased this record player as a Christmas gift for my husband to remind him of his childhood listening to big band music with his grandparents. He loved it so much it brough a tear to his eye on Christmas morning. It was super easy for him to set up and we now have it as pride of place in our formal dining area to share music with guests when they come over. A bonus is the built in bluetooth speaker which I had completely overlooked. My husband is into tech and connected his phone up to play additional classical music (I only bought one record to accompany the player). The sound quality is excellent and we are already looking at buying more records to begin a nostalgic collection of our favourites. I can't recommend this record player enough.

Great but need better speakers to plug in
This retro stereo is great for the price. I've tried the record player, Bluetooth input, radio, tape, and CD player. All work great. The speakers are more on the muffled side when low volume. Not bad, but plugging in some better speakers might help. There are no adjustment knobs for bass/ treble fyi.
