Great buy
This scooter has been a really reliable option for short trips and quick errands. It feels stable underfoot, accelerates smoothly, and the fold-up design makes it easy to tuck in a corner or bring inside without it being a whole production. The solid tires are nice if you don’t want to deal with flats, and the braking feels predictable once you get used to it. One thing to know going in is that with solid tires, rough pavement is going to feel rougher than on an air-filled tire scooter, so cracked sidewalks and bumpy roads are noticeable. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth considering depending on where it’ll be ridden. This scooter has been easy to use and feels solid for quick trips. The range has been plenty for what it’s meant for, it folds up nicely for storage, and the noise level is low enough that it’s not annoying. It also feels durable so far, and the braking/safety feel predictable once you’re used to it. Size-wise, it’s a good fit for an adult without feeling bulky, but the solid tires do make bumpy pavement feel rougher than air tires. Customer service was genuinely helpful when an issue came up after setup—fast response, clear troubleshooting, and it was resolved without a lot of back-and-forth. Overall, it’s been worth the value.

Good Scooter
I picked up the VOLPAM scooter mainly for my kids to enjoy, but before handing it over, I took it out for a few test rides myself to get a feel for it. The first thing I noticed wasn’t the power, it was how smooth and quiet it felt. Even over uneven sidewalks, the solid tires didn’t make that loud rattling noise you sometimes get with other scooters. On level roads it rides confidently, and small hills don’t seem to slow it down much. I’m not someone who cares about hitting maximum speed, but from what I experienced, the 19 mph range seems pretty accurate. The braking system feels controlled rather than abrupt. I purposely tried a few quick stops, and the scooter stayed stable without any surprises. It’s still a bit early to fully judge the battery, but after several days of short rides, I haven’t had any concerns about running out of charge. The advertised range seems believable as long as you’re not constantly pushing full speed. Overall, my impression is that this scooter feels thoughtfully made.

Solid build and fast
OK, I’ll be honest. I was not planning to write a review but yesterday I had to use it another time in the rain to deliver some medicine to my friend and I work great even in the rain I love the fact depend depends on the road I can adjust it to different speed from Eco to drive regular and to S I believe it’s a sport and then also I like to flashlight in the front because I was writing that at night time and the brake does true grab blinking red stoplight in the back pretty solid build, easy maneuver, pretty straightforward and then even after the round-trip yesterday I don’t seem to see the battery going down so still testing it but overall very good .

Great scooter for commuters
Solid built and rides smoothly. 👍 Points I liked it are: 1. The user manual is written by native English speaker so it's easy to follow 😆 2. Solid rubber tires made the ride smooth and quiet. 3. Light weight and easy to fold quickly. Perfect to get on and off bus and easy to fit into locker. Points can be improved: 1. Wrong type of screws used to fix the handle bar onto the front post so it won't be flush which might cause water penetrations later. 2. front wheel can only be steered left or right by ~45 degree (see attached photos) so it could be hard to turn around at tight spots.
