My Favorite Bedroom Upgrade This Year
I selected this wake-up light because I was looking for something gentler than a traditional alarm. I wanted a way to improve both my sleep and my mornings, and this device has exceeded my expectations. What first caught my attention was the unique combination of features: sunrise simulation, sunset simulation, white noise sounds, dual alarms, FM radio, snooze function, adjustable volume levels, and multiple color options. Most alarm clocks do one thing well, but this one truly functions as a complete sleep and wake-up system. Which I desperately needed for my ever-struggling sleep hygiene. My favorite feature is the sunrise simulation. Instead of being startled awake by a loud alarm, the light gradually brightens before my alarm time, making waking up feel much more natural and peaceful. I find myself feeling less groggy and more alert in the morning. At night, I use the sunset simulation and sleep sounds to help me wind down. The gentle light transition creates a calming atmosphere, and the variety of white noise and nature sounds makes it easy to find something relaxing. It’s become part of my bedtime routine. This whole routine has been great accountability to get me off of my electronic devices at night. I also appreciate how customizable everything is. The 13 color modes are fun and allow me to adjust the mood of my room. The 32 volume levels and 28 alarm tones make it easy to find settings that work for me, and the dual alarms are convenient for different schedules. Another pleasant surprise is how compact it is. It doesn’t take up much space on my nightstand, yet it offers features I’d expect from a much larger and more expensive device. Overall, this is one of those products that makes you wonder why you didn’t have it sooner. If you’re looking for a better way to fall asleep, wake up more naturally, or simply create a more relaxing bedroom environment, I highly recommend this wake-up light. It’s attractive, easy to use, packed with features, and has genuinely improved my daily routine.

Peace in a box
So I've only played with this Sunrise alarm clock for about half an hour so far but oh my God that one tune that I found on it is amazing for relaxation. This is a quality item that I think he's going to last for years. I like the fact that there is a brightness and volume control. It's not heavy so you're able to move it around so it's a perfect weight. I like that it comes with the backup batteries already installed although getting the little plastic Tab out was a little hard but I finally was able to so this way once you get it all programmed you don't have to worry about it losing its memory. When it's on the appearance is okay, I haven't found the right color yet but there are so many options on this clock that I'm not sure I've gone through all the colors yet. It's not that easy to use but it's also not that hard, it just takes some time to get used to it, to learn the settings. The instructions are okay but I don't think they were written by somebody who's first language is English so it's a little tricky but after a while and if you're like me, probably the only woman on the face of this Earth who does not read instructions if you fiddle with the buttons you'll get it figured out. This clock with everything that you need right out of the box. You get the clock they even give you some stickers to put on the front of the clock until you get used to the buttons and their placement and it comes with a brick and a power cord. It would have been nice if it was a little longer but being married to an IT manager I know he has extensions for USB cables. All of the sounds I have found on this so far are very tranquil and relaxing so I will not be relying on this right now as an alarm clock but maybe in time once I really learn how to use it I will be able to said it to have something else as a wake up sound.

“The Everything Clock” That Does a Little Bit of Everything
This is what my kids started calling the “everything clock” 😂 because it truly does so much. It has several different light modes that work well as a nightlight or just for creating a calming mood in the room. There are also multiple sleep sound options ranging from soft music to nature sounds. The clock allows you to set two separate alarms, which has been really helpful for school mornings. My child sets one alarm and then another about 30 minutes later just in case the first one gets turned off too quickly. It also has a snooze feature. You can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time display depending on preference. One of my favorite features is the sunrise simulation. It gradually brightens to help ease you into waking up, which feels much gentler than a sudden loud alarm. The FM radio worked much better in my child’s bedroom than it did in our kitchen. In the kitchen it struggled to find clear stations, but in the bedroom it came in much more clearly. My child likes falling asleep while listening to the radio, so I appreciate that it also includes a timer so it doesn’t stay on all night. There are multiple dimmer settings as well, which makes it easy to customize the brightness level. One thing to note: I tried taking a video of the color-changing lights, and the numbers on the display appear to blink in the recording. That does not happen in person - it’s just how the camera captured it. The music heard in the video is also coming directly from the clock’s built-in sound options. Overall, this clock really does a little bit of everything, and we’ve been very happy with it.

Surprisingly Helpful for Better Sleep and Easier School Mornings
This wake-up light has actually made a noticeable difference in my teen’s sleep habits and morning routine. The gradual sunrise feature is much gentler than a loud alarm going off suddenly, and waking up to increasing light seems to help her feel less groggy and rushed in the mornings before school. It creates a calmer start to the day, which has honestly improved the overall mood of early mornings in our house. I also like how customizable it is. There are plenty of sound options, white noise settings, brightness levels, and color modes to play with depending on personal preference. The sunset simulation and sleep sounds are a nice bonus for winding down at night, especially for teens or light sleepers who struggle relaxing before bed. The compact size fits easily on a nightstand without taking up much room. The downside is that there are quite a few settings, so it takes a little time to learn the controls and get everything programmed the way you want it. The buttons are not the most intuitive at first, especially when setting alarms or cycling through modes. The FM radio feature works fine, but it is not something we ended up using very much. This is a great option for teens, students, light sleepers, or anyone who struggles waking up to traditional alarms. It is probably not ideal for someone wanting a super basic plug-and-play alarm clock with minimal features, since this one is more focused on customization and sleep routines.
