Most of the time it’s just used for walking. It’s pretty straightforward to use and didn’t take long to get comfortable with it. The incline is a nice touch and gets used more than I thought, especially when I want to switch things up a bit. It feels stable while using it and hasn’t shifted around or anything like that. Also nice that the treadmill doesn’t take up too much space and can be moved when needed.
