Before enabling the atomic clock function, please ensure that the time zone settings are correct to prevent any synchronization errors. You can also set it manually if the signal around your house is weak. Whole-house Weather Monitoring: With the latest wireless connectivity technology, the main unit can connect to up to 3 sensors simultaneously (sensors can be purchased separately or as a kit). Two Power Supply Modes: When powered by batteries, the device will not stay constantly lit to conserve power. Its got an A/C powered connection or you can use batteries, or both so if power goes out the batteries become a battery backup so you dont lose your settings. They give you 1 sensor for indoor or outdoor use, outdoor is for sheltered locations, with a great range of 328ft. You can buy 2 more sensors if you need them and the main unit can cycle through those locations for temperature. This device works without apps and can be setup pretty easily using the instructions. The LCD readout is nice and bright, easy to read, and can be adjusted for brightness. The instructions explain how to read the panel. You can set temperature alarms which is a nice feature. The main unit can sit on a table like picture stand or hang on the wall. The sensor can sit on a table or hang on the wall as well.
