Over all this is a great frame. I had a couple of issue with it only which were I wish they made the last name in a little bit bigger print, and I wish the wood stain was a little darker then it is. Also that maybe they gave you a couple of different choice of leaf pattern's to choose from. Honestly, though besides from these small personal preferences this is overall a beautiful frame. We chose vertical, and the frame came packed pretty well when it arrived. Also it arrived within a week, and I have prime. It was a Christmas gift for my future Sister in-law. I got her as a white elephant, and my Fiancé's brother, and her are recently engaged, and have their wedding date set already. I gave the gift early for Xmas, and they got all of the ooh's, and awe when they took it out of the wrapping. I now plan to get one for my fiancé, and myself now lol.

Great Picture Frame & Great Customer Service
It looks great! Very high quality, it looks like i was expecting it to based on the pics, I like things with a natural wood feel to them like this. I got this for my wife for xmas, and i know she is going to love it! I put our names and wedding date on there, and the engravings came out wonderful. Now the funny part, i mistakenly submitted the wrong date to be engraved on the frame! While my wife thinks that is hilarious, i was pretty upset about it and wrote them explaining the situation and the customer service really went above and beyond, they are sending me a replacement. They really did not have to do that, since it was completely my fault, can't say enough how much i appreciate it. Great product, and great company, thanks again, i'll be back! (With correct information hopefully)

This frame is a gift for my sister and brother in law. It is true to the picture. I modified it slightly to place the date where they had the last name and they did exactly as I asked! I am very pleased with it!
