Was*IS*, a good cup *Update 10-10-23*
*Update, so after my original review (still below this) the company reached out to me and asked how they could make things right. After a quick (not waiting 3 days for a reply in the middle of the night) back and forth they offered to send me a new lid since the cup itself was fine. I thanked them and they asked for nothing in return (we all have had that company that says they will do this or that for a new review), they just wanted me to love the product I bought. They did warn me it could take up to a week or more using USPS instead of Amazons shipping which I understand. Package showed up today and not was there another new lid in there, there was a second lid of a slightly different lid in there as well (original and 1 replacement is a slider the other replacement is a flip up and a spot for a straw). So they went above and beyond what needed to be done to correct the issue and so I have changed my stars to 5 based solely on their customer service and that I do like the cup. Will now be buying future cups from them without any worry. Original Review So have had this for just over 2 months, and already the slider on the lid moves. Go to take a drink and it closes itself. Not my only cup so it's not like it's been used everyday, even then it should be able to last for longer. But with getting cycled through with 5 other cups on a not even daily basis... been actually used a dozen, maybe 2. Really had high hopes for this one. Have others much older used a ton more without issue. So when it comes to replacing further I don't think I will be going with this one again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone that wants a working mug for more then a good weeks use

Flying cup but no leaks
I originally purchased the small 14oz version of this tumbler for when I'm out in the yard, that durability is why I looked at this tumbler to begin with. This is probably the most durable tumbler I've ever purchased. This was for my husband for his hunting and fishing trips and it proved it's strength beyond what my tumble worth the Y name or the S name. First trip of the fall, he sets everything up, hooks up the boat, does all the final checks and jumps in the jeep, big smiles, ready to play. I watch as he turns the corner and then I watch his tumbler, fly off the roof of the jeep, no Coffee spilled yet, bc this tumbler doesn't leak ever, it has a short 10 foot flight, then crashed into the asphalt, spraying hot coffee like a volcanoe erupted. Shaking my head, I go to retrieve the tumbler and to my absolute shock the cup is intact, with one small dent and a few scratches. Still usable just had to switch to the spare lid. The lid did break on the edge where it impacted and some of it broke off causing sharp edges, aside from that the lid would have still worked but I would have cut myself on it bc that's how we roll here. Absolutely worth the price. We will continue to purchase this brand for the foreseeable future. Also it keeps ice water cold for over 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic product

Excellent dishwasher safe large travel mug
So my husband is very picky about his travel mug. He wants it large, dishwasher safe with a lid that is thoroughly cleanable. He prefers the ceramic mugs but then takes the plugs out of the bottom (see picture) then when you put your hot drink in it leaks all over him. So I was happy to find this. His first use he came home and said “ the new mug is great, I’m not ‘weto’ anymore (lol) but my tea was too hot to drink on my way to work” . It was too hot until lunch apparently. So high rating for keeping the beverage hot, for size, great price and fits in the cup holder. It has been dishwashered numerous times and still looks new. My hubby is happy, he just adds a little cool water so he can drink his tea on route and no wet pants and shirt anymore.

This is a fabulous product as far as the workmanship to make this cup it is a very very good cup I would absolutely like to get another one in a different color
