Exceptional
I've been using all major artist grade brands out there, but Galeria has a special place in my heart. It is outstanding quality, very pigmented, lots of single pigment tubes, good lightfast rating, creamy, gorgeous colors...I love the pigment choices in their 24 p set. I had the 12 p set as well and it's still my favorite because it comes with Primary Cyan, Primary Magenta and Primary Yellow for mixing. However, they are for a specific style of painting and those who paint in thick layers or prefer opaque pigments may not be happy with this set. I like to glaze and layer, so for me Galeria is perfect with its semi-transparent and transparent pigments. If you are into opaque acrylics, go with the WN professional line or a Heavy Body paint - Amsterdam Expert is outstanding, but so are Golden Heavy Body and Liquitex Heavy Body. I use them constantly and mix them with other brands with no issues. Keep in mind the tubes are very, very small for this set, so not sure about "Value for the money," but you could squeeze out quite a few paintings before you run out.

Good for beginners
I got these after trying a set that had a ton of different colors. I’m new to painting and was pretty frustrated with how fast those dried. Realized pretty quickly that those ones were craft quality and not really artist quality. These paints lasted longer and I was able to blend them much better. They mix really well and I feel like the chroma was better than the others. They’re thicker and have more pigment. I feel like I need to work with them more to really get where I can paint as well (or close to it) as I paint with oils. I would definitely recommend these for beginners - especially if you’re debating getting a cheaper set. It would’ve cost me less to get the more professional acrylics at the beginning!!

Excellent value, high quality acrylics
I'm learning to paint with acrylics having started my learning as an artist using oils. The problem with oils is that they take ages to get set up, can't be left out when there are kids around, and are a devil to clean up. Acrylics, on the other hand, are water soluble, not toxic and easy to clean (as long as you do it when it's still wet!). This set represents excellent value which means you can freely mess around without feeling as though you're wasting too much. The lack of black is a bit of a problem (sometimes, you really DO need it) but otherwise the set is excellent. Highly recommended.

Vibrant colors
I love this product. The colors are amazing and you truly only need so little to make it last. It dries fast which I personally prefer. The quality is vibrant and lasting. It has no problems with layering. Amazing for its price.
