This acacia box is large and light in weight.
I am not the most organized person and I tend to lose a lot of stuff, especially small ones. I usually use makeup or toiletry bags because they are portable, but I also like nice wooden boxes. I use them for photo and other small knick knacks. I also like acacia so I ordered this. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. I received an acacia wooden box. I knew it was going to be big, but it is substantially bigger than what I was expecting. 2. I like that it is quite light. I was expecting it to be a little heavier. It does look very sturdy though. I think it is going to last me a while. 3. The clasp works fine and hinges are secured. 4. Mine has a little bit of imperfection on top, but I am okay with that. It gives it a little bit more character. 5. There is just one big compartment. I was going to use this for my serum bottles but it is not tall enough. I ended up using this for photos. 6. The outside part is nice and glossy. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this acacia wooden box is cost-effective and worth its value if you are looking for a large but light wooden box.

The more I look at this simple box, the more I love it. It's quite perfect in its design, which a person might miss at first. The box bottom and top are aligned with absolute precision. The hardware is minimalistic. The finish or stain is beautifully done. Mid-century modern fans take note! This is a gem. Keep in mind the box is unlined, meaning it might not be a great choice for jewelry or items that slide around unless you place a mat inside like I did. This is currently storing all of my unsightly remotes. Also know that this is a soft wood and lightweight. It's perfect for home decor or keepsake storage but not for heavy-duty items like tools.

This is a really beautiful keepsake box with a rich wood tone and a clean, classic look. The craftsmanship feels solid and sturdy without making the box overly heavy or bulky. It has a nice substantial feel to it, and the latch closes securely. I also appreciate the size. It’s large enough to hold meaningful keepsakes, letters, jewelry, photos, or other special items without taking up an excessive amount of space. This keepsake box is of a very reasonable size so it can hold a good amount of stuff. It's quite light but feels sturdy and the latch is very effective at holding it shut. In terms of quality, the wood does have a couple spots that aren't 100% perfect (especially a bit on the bottom where the staining is weird) but overall given it's reasonable price and well built design I am very happy with it. It looks great just sitting on a shelf or wherever else you may choose to keep it.
