My husband, a wood worker in his spare time, put it together. He glued as well as screwed the parts together and added leveling feet that will also keep it from sitting in water when it rains. He said that it is well-designed, everything was square, no missing parts, the drill holes were where they should be and the instructions were clear. He knows and buys lots of wood and said the wood is soft, will shrink and expand with moisture, but it was a very fair price for what I got. It looks good and is large enough to fit my needs. The unit is extremely stable. The shelving, potting surface, and storage areas are well thought out. The door is a real bonus for keeping things looking neat. It's light enough so that I can move if needed. I bought a cover for rainy days and the winter.

Great purchase! The potting bench was easy to put together. Directions were clear and every part was labeled. Took me about 90 minutes with no help—and that included a potty break and letting the dog in & out. It is sturdy, easy to move, and versatile. I do wish I had put a coat of polyurethane on it before I started using it, but that will be a good fall project. The bench has worked beautifully as a potting bench, an extra outdoor station for cooking and entertaining, and even a place to give the dog a quick trim. Holding up very well after months of use.

This is a perfect potting bench, the metal part of the top was covered with shrink wrap which I’ve left on to help guard against scratches etc. It arrived quickly and was easily assembled. Everything was aligned and I really like the fact the door has a latch and the handle for the drawer is perfect sized to open and close easily. The hooks for hanging hand tools are a great detail that I appreciated. I look forward to a long-term use with this and I do plan on putting a clear coat on it to preserve the wood against damage.

It is good looking Potting Bench. I was able to put it together by myself, and it took for me one hour and forty minutes . I had a hard time to put the door together. The wood is very easy to chip, so, you need to be very careful to put pieces together. The price and shipping were good.
