Cannot wait to teach with these!
I teach zine making classes for adults interested in amplifying their creativity. I got these as they are the perfect size to do a certain project. The project is that each person does one set of pages and passes the book to the next person to do the next two pages on a set theme of the book with not being able to look at the previous pages. These are the perfect size for this awesome project! Quality: the binding is sewn instead of glued. This will add to the longevity of these little books. The paper and covers are beveled at the edges which will reduce them getting caught on something and getting frayed or folded. The paper is very nice and smooth - good for many mediums Considerations: as the paper is thin I would suggest gluing or stapling an additional layer if you want to use heavy markers or paint or decoupage in these books. They definitely can take these mediums with some additional steps Price: amazing. I will 100 percent add these to my list of future supplies. Uses: zines, short journals, project planning, makeshift calendar, notebook, hand made gifts, and more Bonus: these are very light weight you can stick them in any bag! They can travel anywhere with you. Last consideration. As the cover is craft paper if you want it to last forever you're going to have to work a little. I would seal the craft power with an acid free medium or tape or fixative if you are looking to sell your books or keep them forever. This will protect them from yellowing and disintegration. Good format for a themed mini-journal or sketchbook, and large enough pages for a 5” X 7” finished piece cut to size. The rich creamy color in a smooth matte finish works as a background for collages, paint pen or mixed media creations. Thick enough to mask ruled pages without adding a lot of bulk, and an inexpensive option when using different papers to keep things interesting in a smaller junk journal.

Convenient for organizing creative notes
Good value. My kids and I use these for project ideas, school notes, sketchbooks, and small gifts. Very handy. One downside - brush tip and other ink pens can be seen through the pages. Ballpoint is the way to go with this paper.
