BEAUTIFUL product and OUTSTANDING customer service!
I am very impressed with the product we received! We ordered two of the Pattern 3 brightly-colored silk king pillowcases. The colors are vibrant, the fabric feels good, and it appears to be VERY well made. This is a great replacement for my boring white silk pillowcase!!! They were also packaged beautifully in cute little boxes. I love that this pillowcase zips with a hidden zipper. I know it’ll stay on my pillow! There was a small separation between the fabric and the zipper of one of the cases we received, however I feel CERTAIN that this is probably a RARE occurrence. I emailed the company and sent photos of the flaw (which we worried could grow into a bigger hole over time), although we probably could have stitched this with no real problem. I can also see how this issue would have been EASILY overlooked upon inspection. I only saw it because I’m nuts and checked every seam when I received them! EXACTLY TEN MINUTES after sending the email I had a personalized response and an offer to replace the pillowcase immediately. That’s almost faster than you can speak to a representative on the phone at any company ever! We are 110% impressed with the product and have complete confidence in the customer service. I would absolutely order from this company again!

I love this pillow case!
I am in love! Had wanted a silk pillowcase for some time, had looked at many in different price ranges, to the point of confusion, and finally just picked this one because I loved the beautiful print. I have not been disappointed! I'd had some concerns that a silk pillowcase might be hot-- I live in Phoenix Arizona, and we are having a record breaking number of days with highs of 110 degrees and higher this summer, so it was a valid concern. No problems here! This pillowcase is beautiful, delightful to the touch, and makes me wish for all silk sheets, pajamas, robe...! I have seen other silk cases advertised for triple what I paid for this one, and really can't see how they could be an improvement, other than lightening up my wallet. This one provides beauty as well as functionality and comfort... What more could I ask? Well, maybe more of the same!

Best pillow case I've ever owned.
I love this pillow case, I never dreamed I'd like the feel of silk because of it sliding. These don't slide and since using it, I can no longer sleep without it. It makes my face feel cool to the touch. I machine was mine and hang dry and its held up fine. We'll worth the money, and its real silk.
